Cancellation policy
After all, it can happen to anyone that you are prevented from meeting at the agreed time. In that case, you can simply cancel. No-show fee
If you, as a patient, do not cancel in time, we charge a no-show fee of 295,93kr.
According to current law, the no-show fee increases if the agreed consultation has a duration of more than 30 minutes. 279,31kr is added per 15 minutes in addition to the first 30 minutes. However, with a maximum fee of 855,55kr VAT. total 60 minutes.
