Cancellation policy
After all, it can happen to anyone that you are prevented from meeting at the agreed time. In that case, you can simply cancel. However, I ask you to cancel as soon as possible - and at the latest the day before before 12 noon by phone +45 69159069 or via email: kontakt@julianapetersen.dk
No-show fee
If you, as a patient, do not cancel in time, we charge a no-show fee of 295,93kr.
According to current law, the no-show fee increases if the agreed consultation has a duration of more than 30 minutes where 279,31 kr. is added per 15 minutes in addition to the first 30 minutes. However, with a maximum fee of 855,55 kr.
